Prayer Requests

“Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.”  God calls us to pray, and so, by faith, we live a life of prayer before Him.  We pray about everything, and have marveled time and time again as we’ve watched the Lord take an impossible situation and turn it around in a moment.  We’ve also waited patiently, for weeks, months, sometimes for years, wondering and watching, only to realize in retrospect that the Lord was slowly and deliberately lining things up along. Whatever the Lord’s timing, whatever His means, He has never left us, never forsaken us, and He continues to give us wonderful testimonies of His love, grace, and mercy.

We invite you to enter in to this journey of faith with us.  We are grateful for your willingness to serve through prayer, and we look forward to sharing with you the variety of ways that the Lord is at work in our lives, with the hope that He will be glorified.

Our family has return tickets for Cambodia, and we will be heading back at the end of February.

Time is speeding by for us; please pray we use our remaining time wisely and productively.

Time is not going to move as quickly for the children and our staff in Cambodia. Please pray for them to be patient and hopeful as they wait for our family’s return.

Please pray for the Lord’s continued provision. We are in complete dependence on Him.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Prayer Requests, December 1, 2011
Our family is currently out of Cambodia, with plans to return just after the beginning of 2012.  Before we return, we are in need of financial provision for our ministry, as well as people to come alongside us in working and teaching in Cambodia.  Please pray that both of these needs would be met.
Please pray for the children of Cambodia as they begin a new school year.  Pray that they would do well in their studies and that would be protected in a school environment that is often unfavorable. Pray that the little ones who are not yet of school age would have joyful days at home.
Pray for our staff in Cambodia during our absence.  They bear a tremendous load in our absence.  Pray for strength, faithfulness and encouragement.  Pray for our Cambodian National Director, Pastor B., that he would have wisdom and discernment in the many decisions he faces.
Pray that in all we do, God would be exalted, that the name of Christ Jesus would be magnified, and that we would be faithful stewards of all that He has entrusted to us.
