Cosette’s Hope Children’s Home ~ CHCH is just that: a home, not a traditional orphanage institution. Founded and developed in a remote province of Cambodia, on a beautiful 2 acre property, CHCH is unique in its approach to orphan care. CHCH currently provides a safe, family-like environment for 13 children, aged 5 years to 25 years, most of whom were orphaned or abandoned, many of them affected by HIV. Rescued from poverty, abuse, and neglect, the children of CHCH now know love, hope, and security.
There is a great emphasis on adoption in the U.S. today, and we praise God for this movement. However, the children of CHCH cannot be adopted by U.S. families, as adoption has been closed between Cambodia and the U.S. (and many other countries) since 2000. CHCH is the only home these children, many of whom have been with us since birth, have ever knonw. We pray that within the safety and familiarity of their home they will come to know the love of Christ and be enabled to live fruitful lives within their community.
